Who I am:
Hi, I'm Zdenek. I’m a freelance photographer, videographer, and digital tech based in Europe. I enjoy cruising around in my campervan, long walks in nature, and contemporary music.
I started photography in 2012. Well, it actually all started way earlier when I was maybe around 7 and was gifted a point & shoot film camera. I remember I shot through the roll way too quickly but kept shooting with it despite not having any film in it, capturing the everyday things and objects around me. Fast forward to 2012, I finally received my first payslip and bought myself my first DSLR. This turned out into photographing the landscapes I was hiking through, then capturing portraits of friends I was there with, and documenting our trips and experiences.
I shoot primarily digital, as well as on film cameras. When I’m not doing client work, I enjoy spending my time shooting and editing lifestyle photographs. Since 2017, I’ve uploaded several free-to-use photographs that have been viewed more than 15 million times and are used on thousands of websites and social media accounts worldwide.
